Well, this issue has piqued my interest. I gotta look into it, and the following issue…
the t-shirt looking thing under Shade’s trench coat is the M-Vest. Shade is more or less the porno green lantern.
and Constantine outside of JLDark continuity is Sting, and part of his appeal was that he got older as the audience did. Just before the New 52 reboot he was around 50.
So, I kinda disagree with Fez saying knowing who all these charas are would get you excited for this comic. I knew the charas and I felt really let down by this one.
eh, I was making a guess, because as someone that basically didn’t know any of them, I was lost.
I really can’t fault you for not knowing any of that. For such and expostition heavy first issue, not much effort went into introducing anybody.
